Had a wonderful experience. Sales rep was extremely helpful and I got some sweet shades. Sure, they werent cheap but I did get BOGO 50 which was sweet for Ray Bans. he from the MSP airport location was fantastic. Very honest with look and fit. Much appreciated.

As past Luxottica retail team member was truly disappointed by the service received today. Went in to pick a pair of sunglasses shop was empty and neither of the associates came to help me or welcomed me. Found a pair I liked that I left there because I won't spend my money where I am ignored and not seen.

AVOID THIS LOCATION, especially the salesperson Alicia. Walked into this Sunglass Hut location in MSP on 05/31 during a delayed flight and bought a pair of Ray Bans. Alicia was the only one behind the counter and couldnt be bothered to get off her cell phone to acknowledge myself and another customer. I tried different pairs on and settled for a darker color of the style I wanted after confirming I could return it if I found the color I wanted online (my own mistake, I shouldve checked online first). But, she stated it wouldnt be a problem as they have a 30 day return policy, no mention of anything else. She took a pair out of a box and put it into the case the sunglasses come with (note that she didnt inspect it). This should have been a red flag. If the owners/ managers of this store try to dispute that Alicia did inspect, then CHECK YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS. I have the exact date and time for you. I went online that same day 05/31 and found that the lighter pair I wanted was back in stock so I placed an order immediately. Today, I was back in MSP and walked in to return the pair I bought that never left the case she put it in. Lo and behold, suddenly this lady was all about her job. She was holding the sunglasses up to the light, wiping it, just doing everything to set the scam she wanted to. After several minutes of wiping she CLAIMED there were scratches on the glasses. I showed her my online receipt of the pair I ordered that same day and she suddenly started mentioning how a warranty wouldve covered damages. What damages?? I asked if there was anyone else to inspect the product and there was no one. So basically, her word against the truth and no manager, coworker or any other person to back it up. Im now assuming she works off commission and because she initially sold it to me, she didnt want to process my return. To Alicia (the blonde lady with glasses): Honey, keep my money. Clearly you and this Sunglass Hut location could use it. To the managers: Consider using it to hire someone with better customer service. Oh and check your cameras.
