        Dr. Williams and his staff are absolutely amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely go above and beyond to make sure you're having a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!

        Showed up a few minutes late to my appointment. They had already cancelled the appt without calling or any communication. waste of time. poorly run operation if they cannot handle being late even by a few minutes...

        Ummmm I could not have loved the entire staff more at Village Eye Center. I hadnt been to an eye doc for about 4 years for no particular reason other than just... forgetting to do it. The Dr & staff were so dang friendly and kind and helpful that Imma bout to make an appointment annually just to hang out with them. Thank you so much, everyone!! See ya next year

      Hi Tyler,We understand that running late is unavoidable at times which is why we often accommodate appointments up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Unfortunately, in this instance, we had a busy schedule so we were unable to accommodate your late arrival without pushing back everyone else's appointments that morning. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused but hope you were able to get your eye exam done elsewhere.
