        A worker had went out of her way and said they would keep my lenses in a box to interchange in the future,at my last appt. Then they threw them away. No notice,nothing. The customer service was non existent and the woman was oblivious to any sort of remorse for it. Everyone behind the counter just turned away and ignored me and said they don't remember... I decided to leave the appt. This place is a joke.

        Dr Borgen is very knowledgeable and respectful. Their office keeps up with the latest technology and was able to check for glaucoma without dilating my eyes.

        Advanced Vision is a great optical business. DR. Bogren stays up to date on current eye issues and doesn't push you into making extra unwanted purchases. Staff awesome and friendly.

      Thank you for your feedback Joe. We apologize for any mis-understanding in regards to storing your belongings. We do consider items left at our clinic to be abandoned after a year, after reminders to pick them up we did donate your lenses after that period of time. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss options to rectify this situation, we do care about our patients here and would like the opportunity to make this right. Cassandra
