        I called and asked a question about a safe the lady was so kind to tell me try changing the battery first as I did in that work she was very kind very polite and caring about the situation I highly recommend them to anyone

        Asked to get a schalge blank keyed to a deadbolt. And it was like I was speaking a different language. The guy kept said he was going to re-key it to a random key. And I told him I don't want a random key. I told him I want it keyed to this s1 blank that I have. He say's okay, and takes the lock. And the for the final time say's he's gonna re-key it to a random key. First and last time.

      Unfortunately if the keys are lost we are unable make a brand new key. We do apologize for this. We are able to duplicate a key for most cars, however, there are still some that unfortunately a trip to the dealership is required.
