Damage a $900 door, a $200 lock and my door frame. They could've just said they didn't know how to unlock this type of door..I COULD'VE JUST BUSTED THE DOOR!

Do yourself a favor and just call Louisa before trying to mess around with a lockout yourself. They arrived quickly and got the job done all while charging a reasonable fee- on a Saturday night nonetheless. Would definitely recommend!

Best service ever!!!! Not only were they quick to respond and professional but they were super friendly too. I felt that I was held in such high esteem because the owner personally texted me and kept me updated throughout the whole entire time! I loved how they asked if everything was ok and if there was anything wrong. It really shows how much they care about their customers. The guy who showed up, John I believe, was awesome! He was easy going and explained everything to me clearly before doing anything without my permission. The thing that I loved the most about my whole experience is that even though it could have taken away their business, John even gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. He was very nonchalant about it. Like he would rather have me know these things and not have much business to himself than to have me getting stuck in a hard situation. The amount of thoughtfulness is so appreciated. I cannot thank these guys enough!

After getting price and time estimates from a few locksmiths, I chose 24/7 Locksmith--and I am so happy I called them! Arrived within 15 minutes, and finished within another 15. Very fast and professional - I'd absolutely recommend them!
