The place is nice and good selection but the one sales guy thats loud and talks a lot turned us off by how he talks to his customers. He is so condescending and outright rude at the end of our conversation. When we asked about the fireplace and why its crooked, he says its so simple he doesnt know how to explain to us. He did manage to explain. He started talking really fast at the end about ordering a new one because he believes we have an issue buying the display one. I asked him what you mean and if we have to assemble the new one ourselves. He said, no, the store will do it and we come pick it up but he clearly sounded agitated. I said ok, me and husband will talk about. He walked away laughing out loud shaking his head like he wasted his time serving us. Not even a thank you or let me know if you have more questions. We were seriously considering buying this fireplace but well spend our money somewhere else with professionalism and understand their customers needs.

Highly recommend buying good priced furniture from this place. The best part is the customer service, even after buying the furniture a few days later we realized we didnt get an updated holiday sale. The owner was very easy to work with and gave us our money back. Its hard to find now days. We will be back!
