I purchased a bedroom set. They delivered it and left me to figure out how to put it together. I was missing the night stand from the set, they forgot it at the store. I went to pick it up and found out I was missing the legs that go under the bed. The bed at one time broke because of the cheap material it was made out of. Told the store and they said they would replace the side rail. That took MONTHS they realized there were other missing pieces. Came out and replaced them. Kept having issues with the bed. No one wanted to help or compensate me for the issues. So told them they could come get the bed. They were supposed to be here this evening 12/26/23. Nothing. I called the store and it was switched to Thursday and NEVER got a call. I had the bed pretty much ready to be disassembled. Legs kept kicking out so I was told to but the non slip pads. Bought those and it still happened. Then was told to spend EVEN more money and buy a rug that no one will see to go under the bed because I have hard wood floors. Service is shotty at best. And the customer service sucks. And don't think ir gonna get help at any point because it won't happen. The manager is gone more than he's there and seems he's the only one that can make decisions or knows anything. I would NOT recommend doing business at this store. Another one maybe, but not the Maplewood location.

Very Professional Establishment. I appreciate how they treat us here, no matter the walk of life. Will definitely be my go to place everytime I need them. I will also recommend this location to others. Parrish still checks on us to make sure we are all set on our needs, and I am sure he is ready to assist us when we are! Thank you Parrish!
