BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We signed a contract with this company after we were promised that they would work with our insurance company to get us a settlement that would cover the cost of the repairs that Greatstone quoted us. When the insurance payout came in WAY less than the quote from Greatstone they left us high and dry. Even the insurance adjuster told me multiple times that their bid was extremely inflated. After it was decided that there was no way we could pay out of pocket to cover the costs of the repairs we had to cancel the contract. And after it was all said and done they walked away with $2,000.00 of our money for a total of maybe 3 hours spent at our property providing quotes. UNREAL. We understand they put in some time and knew we would be responsible for compensating them. But despite the fine print in a contract an honest company would have given us back our deposit less a few hundred dollars for their time, considering they did not do any work on our home. I am beyond frustrated and honestly a bit disheartened after Bob tried to act like he was on our side all along. Beware, do your research ( we did not) and choose a more ethical and honest company to work with!!!

Greatstone Construction was recommended to us by our insurance company after we had a sump pump failure in September. Bob’s crew (Eric, Carl, Blake and Will) did a great job in repairing and restoring our lower level and we are extremely happy with the results. Bob also worked closely with our insurance company which we really appreciated. Would we recommend them—absolutely!

We have used Greatstone for the past few years for various repairs throughout our townhome complex. They always provide excellent repairs in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any repair work.

We have used Greatstone Contracting for our personal repairs and also for our Homeowners Association. Greatstone always returns my calls and/or emails in a very timely matter. Most often, immediately! They do exceptional work and their employees are always knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I will call them for any repairs or upgrades that I may have.
