Johnson Snow Removal Service, LLC

I hired Johnson Snow Services last snow season for my home. I need snow removal services for my son who uses a wheel chair. Vaughn and his employees were always on time to get the snow removed before my son went to school and treated my family with dignity. They plowed my snow exactly the way i wanted it to be plowed and did a good job. Vaughn communicated with me promptly and always answered my phone calls. Lastly Johnson Snow services is a local company who charges a very affordable price. I will be hiring him again this season.

STAY AWAY!!!!! THIS COMPANY DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! I am a custom home builder and been in this business for over 50 years. Ive dealt with countless subcontractors. Dealing with Vaughn was by far the worst experience! I hired Vaughn Johnson to build retaining walls at my twin home project fall of 2021. He said he could handle the work and be able to do the job. The blocks were a Versa Block product. He built the walls and shortly after they started to lean and had wall failure. I requested Vaughn come out to the job. He said he would stand behind his work and fix it. I had paid him for the work on those walls. After repeated requests, Vaughn never came back. He lied about standing behind his work. I had to pay people to take out the failed walls and stack the blocks on pallets. I hired Gonzo Brothers who excavated and installed the base footings, class 5, compacted it, completely level to begin to install the blocks. They used the required Geo Fabric, drain tile and installed everything according to Versalocks instructions. When Gonzo Brothers Landscaping was done, they said the way the walls were initially built was the worst construction possible. The original walls by Vaughn were just stacked up and dirt pushed behind them. That is why Vaughns block work failed miserably. They didnt know what they were doing. It was all talk. I have spoken with many landscapers since then and Ive mentioned Vaughn Johnson and his landscaping and snow plowing businesses. These professionals would just roll their eyes and say Save your money and find somebody else!

Vaughn and crew did a fantastic job on a concrete pathway. Reasonably priced and great quality. I would definitely use them again! Service: General construction
