I was hoping we’d hear back from you, but alas no reply yet.I did take a peek at your public Google “Local Guide” profile. To be honest I’d never heard of “Local Guide” before, so I had to take a couple minutes to educate myself. I am fairly computer savvy, but I’m more into building physical things, if you know what I mean. This online stuff confuses me sometimes :-) Anyway . . . If I’m reading correctly, there is a variety of ways to “earn” points, including earning 10 points per review you give (of local business like mine). I didn’t dig into the terms and conditions of use for “Local Guides”, but I’m guessing you probably need to actually use the business before reviewing it. I find it's always prudent to read the fine print.It looks like you did NINE reviews around the exact same time yesterday. There’s a timestamp on each one of your NINE clumped reviews. I took a screen shot to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. This sudden frenzy of reviews seemed peculiar to me, especially considering there is quite a gap back to the last set of clumped reviews (four years previous). Any-who . . . I had a wave of panic, followed immediately by extreme disappointment/shame that I had let someone down so badly. But I quickly snapped out of it, I said “hang on . . . this person does not know us . . . and we do not know them . . . this could be one of those Russian Bots :-) ”.I’m going to presume you are not a Bot, and that you are a wonderful soul, and this was a simple case of mistaken identity. I have no clue what's going on in your life, and likewise you know nothing about my life. I’m not sure if you will see this response over the weekend, so I’m going to wait until mid-week next week to give you a chance to find the correct construction business you were trying to review (before reporting this inaccurate or fraudulent spam review to Google(https://support.google.com/local-guides/answer/6272951?hl=en)It would seem Google own this platform I'm writing on, and they also own "Local Guides", so it shouldn't take them long to put 2 and 2 together.Please remove this inaccurate review. We’re a small family business, and unwarranted dings like this can effect our ability to provide for our family. I’d prefer to spend my down time with our 3 small kiddos, and not talking to the internets.Thank you for allowing me to practice using my wise mind and common sense.
