I do not recommend working with this company. Had them refinish a tub several months ago, and at first the job looked good. Recently the finish started peeling up around the drain and has been chipping in several other areas. No big deal I thought, because they supposedly have a warranty. I have called and left several messages and emails over the last several weeks and but no one has returned my calls or emails. Funny, since when I first contacted them to schedule they were extremely responsive via text even. A quick google search and look at their reviews in other states say the same thing. That they screen calls from former clients, and do not honor their warranties. Google review excerpt from a client in the Atlanta area below: They did answer right away when I called and texted from different phones however. They obviously screen their calls. Apparently, their business practice is to answer calls for possible new business, but ignore calls from past customers with warranty issues. Would not recommend working with this company and will be contacting BBB and my credit card company.
