Wells Fargo Bank

I had the best experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I had been to two other branches with appointments and I walked into this branch without one. I told the bank teller my situation (Im sorry I forgot her name) and she was more than willing to get me help with my situation. When I left she even asked me if I had gotten everything taken care of. So very sweet and thoughtful. She brought me to Anh To. Not only did Anh To help me with my initial issue that I was sent to two different people for she helped me with another issue I didnt even think would be possible to do without an appointment. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and so willing to help. I will definitely be back to this branch to see the wonderful staff and Anh To for my all my future financials. Thank you so much.

Wast bank branch ever. Dont waste your time and schedule time with them. I scheduled with them 11:00 am and I left the bank 11:35 pm and no one came to me. Probably they missed a chance for opening new saving account. I will go open my saving account with other banks.

Drive-thru is just brutal. 30 minute wait is not acceptable AND there were only 3 of us. Went back today 12/18/2023. Saw that there were only two of us. I pull up and the guy tells me he is helping my neighbor and will be right with me. He serves the guy ahead of me and TWO other people that pulled up next to me. I hit the call button and he totally forgot about me. I waited another 30 minutes with my baby crying in the car the entire time. I will NOT be going back! Both times I just needed to deposit a check. Thats a 1hr wait combine for a job that takes a minutes to do.
