I was happy to find this location close to my company, and had first two good experience with customer service, and these ladies deserve my 5 stars. However, during recent couple visits I didn't feel welcoming from different tellers when I came in. Tellers seemed to find it difficult to ask if I need a balance with deposit transactions. I didn't neither see eye contact, smile, nor hearing thank you or have a great day before I left. I used to be a teller and worked in customer service, kindness and appreciation make a difference in relationship with customers. It's simple.

I love this US bank location. I just started with them a couple weeks ago. Every time I come in all the staff are super friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. The banking app is super easy to use and hands down the best banking app I have seen. If you are looking at any banks this the one to be at.

Ive been a business and personal customer for 20 years and Shoreview has the worst service of any US Bank. It takes between 10-15 minutes to do a quick deposit compared to 3-5 at Circle Pines.
