Im So Disappointed With These Guys.. I Been Coming Here For Oil Changes For Years.. No Problem.. Got A Transfer Case Fixed Back In 2021 Just To Need It Replace AGAIN in 2024.. Days After I Got My Vehicle diagnostics test Here It Cut Off On The Highway.. They Quoted Me For Well Over 10k In Problems That Needed To Be Fixed. Leaks, Ball Joints, Brakes ect NOT ONE TIME DID THEY MENTION THE TRANSFER CASE, The Work They Previously Did That They Found Out From A Diagnostic Test But Apparently I Had To Ask for It Because Apparently $79 Diagnostic Test Dont Check For Everything In Jerry Voice IT DID BEFORE IN 2021 I Dont Care How You Put It, You Can Tell Me All You Want Its 200k+ Miles on it You Told Me EVERYTHING ELSE! I Mean EVERYTHING! Why Wouldnt You Mentioned The REAL PROBLEM?? Thats Just Weird!

Im not normally one to comment on places however these people are horrible. I called to get an alignment on my truck as I had some front end work done. I dropped my truck off before they opened for timing purposes. I called later to see what a time frame would be on the Alignment and was told that they were going to do an oil change on my truck not an alignment. After clearing everything up he said it would be done by the time I would be there. I got a call back about an hour later to tell me that he can not do an Alignment that I need a new pitman arm, new idler arm, and lower ball joints. about 1500.00 or so worth of work and he could not do the alignment with out the work being done. I told him I did not want the work done and when I picked up my truck I questioned the things that he said needed to be done and he said to bring it back and he would show me everything. I will not bring it back there as I brought it to my normal shop ( that does not have an alignment machine) and he went over everything with me to show me that Jerry was a liar! I took it to another shop and they confirmed that there was indeed nothing wrong with the front my truck and aligned it just fine. You guys should be ashamed of your self for trying to screw people over! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why would I reach back out to you? You offering me money to bring my car back speaks for itself! Not to mention the hostile voicemail that you left me about bashing you on the internet. Please leave me alone. I will not be using your services, recommending you to anyone, or contacting you again.

Busy and moving fast! I had to ask Jerry to slow down, he was working too fast and I couldn't understand! LOL . My 4 new tires and alignment went well. They don't provide drinks anymore and everything was clean and well kept. All's well that ends well.
