        Worst bank you can ever use never go to this bank.. They do not cover you in any fraud on your account they told me you have 24 hours from when the fraud shows up on your account...... I call on Saturday night when I found it it was 37 hours after the fraud was out of my account...... They do not protect there customers at all..... I give them a zero stars..... This bank sucks I closes 6 accounts from them today.......

        Spoke over the phone with Justin about a misunderstood fee. He quickly explained what caused it, walked me through fixing it, and refunded the fees. He was extremely patient and clear spoken, someone should give that guy a raise!

        Cant call in to make payments on a loan over the phone I think they are the only bank that doesnt do this i can make a payment with cash without an id if I verify my information but I cant with my debit card staff is friendly thats about the only plus
