I wasn't able to get our brace from NovaCare because of our insurance (out of network) but I needed to give props to the excellent service we received at NovaCare. We were referred from our orthopedic doctor and were able to make a quick appointment to size a brace, because it was for a teen they needed to special order her size which they did promptly. They then called back to let me know they were out of network in case I wanted to search for an option in network. Excellent customer service and communication. If this is in network for you please use them, they are great!
