Central + Priority Pediatrics

My baby went here for the first year. This clinic is very clean. Reception staffs were very responsive and helpful. Doctors were great. Never had an issue. While I had to transfer my baby's clinic , they helped me transfer his documents multiple times as requested due to some issues on the other end. I highly recommend this place.

Despite their website saying they answer calls 24/7, calls go to a voicemail. Ive been waiting 6hrs for a callback about my sick infant

Until today I had a great experience with Central peds. Im a nurse at childrens hospital so biased. Our family had an apt after 5pm last month, the company never explained or described that after 5pm appointments considered priority. I received the bill on top of our copay and I called and questioned. The woman in the business office was rude and condescending. She out loud scoffed that I called about $20 and then told me my recoding question was fraud. I realized this woman was unnecessarily rude and I asked to speak to a manager and again was scoffed at. This turned from a simple inquiry to now I believe the company needs educate their customers to fully understand their care options specifically in regard to after hours. I believe the business office associate needs to watch the fish philosophy video or revisit customer service and find some human decency.
