        I received a gift for my birthday on March 29 and the person bought it on March 3rd, 2024. I was out of town to celebrate and when I came back, I tried to return the item on 4/6/24. They wouldnt let me exchange it or have store credit as I was three days past the return date! How would the gift giver know any better? I don't think I plan to shop at any Express store ever again.

        Got a gift for Christmas only had 30 days to return it the person bought it the end of November. Its too big they wouldnt let me exchange it either . They should give you at least 30 days after Christmas. Like at least January 25th Since I didnt get it until Christmas Day never heard of something so stupid. And they said they changed their policy January 1st.I will never shop there ever again. Shame on them.
