        REI is GREAT! REI Roseville is NOT. Consistently unfriendly. Rarely helpful. Customer service is offered grudgingly. Merchandised like a garage sale, everything is everywhere, but nothing is anywhere. An unpleasant shopping experience time after time. Go to Maple Grove. Theyre always really nice. Bloomington, meh.

        Highly disappointed in this store. I moved from Denver and am accustomed to a outdoors store having camping gear and fishing tackle and all the toys. This is a clothing store with a small section of outdoors items mostly out of stock. In the returned items for sale at a discount section they were trying to sell an inflatable mattress that had a hole in it and wouldnt hold air. I'm hoping to have better luck at one of the other locations.

        Never order online again for this company. Made the order to pick up at roseville location for Wednesday. Received emails with them changing delivery date 3 times. Found item at Bloomington location called roseville they said I could pick up at Bloomington just call and have Bloomington set the item aside. When I arrive at Bloomington they made me purchase the item they had even though I purchased it from roseville and was told I could pick up at Bloomington as they did not know when they would be arriving and we needed the item for are vacation we would be leaving at today Thursday. Lots of work to get the stroller/bike trailer we needed and now they are holding are money until they finally receive the items at roseville. So not sure when I will get my other $800.00 back that is mine and I need.
