        These people take forever to get through a transaction. Then with a lobby full of people the machine that dispenses the money "broke" so everyone gets to wait longer! Amazing service. Is this the US Bank standard?

        I received a check from US Bank. I took it to my credit union 15 minutes after I got it. They cashed it and then it came back to me today saying it is no good. I didn't get any answers from US Bank as to why this happened. I was on the phone for 2 hours on hold most of the time. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
