PNC Bank

I have had the worst customer experience with this so called financial establishment, they cannot find documents that I sent within their system, I even had staff upload the documents personally and they go to some vacuum and is very difficult for staff to find. They offer no help, only their pre-canned responses, they will not forward you to the complaint department and will only take your complaint internally as they type it up, well we all know where these go. I will be pulling all the assets out of this jack and Jill institution and making formal complaints to the banking association and BBB. Stay away! I had to share a start rating, This is a negative 10.

Only 1 ATM. No tellers. No drive through. No way of knowing if the ATM is working or not. You'll just have to come back another day is their most popular response. What a joke of a bank.

I couldn't find posted information anywhere, but after asking the bank staff, the two ATMs in their lobby can accept cash bill or check deposits. Importantly, the ATM on the left can dispense up to $50 bills while the one on the right can dispense up to $100 bills. No drive-through banking option-the drive-through behind the bank is for the coffee shop next door. The branch is in a busy but newer redevelopment section on the outskirts of the mall parking lot, and the bank's parking spaces can be limited and hard to navigate because of the busy coffee shop drive-through. The bank has very competitive banking products.
