        I visited the Rochester Mn office twice. Stephanie was outstanding in preparing my taxes. Because of the unusual fed refund I doubted some entries. I was wrong. Besides being professional, Stephanie was easy to converse with, outgoing, extremely pleasent to be with and absolutely correct. My apologies for questioning her work. Because of my doubt, my second visit was to confirm the return. I met with Joey, another professional who took time to examine my paperwork, explain my misconceptions and verify the return as one-hundred percent correct. I have been blessed to have two outstanding Jackson Hewitt professionals calculate and confirm my taxes. Because of the professionalism, outgoingness, understandings, explainations and service-above-expectations: Ill be back next year. A heartfelt Thanks to both.
