        My appointment was at 11 first one of the day. Guy literally never showed up. Called their main office they tried to put me up at their Walmart location only to find out it would of been 1k to do mine and my fiances taxes. Absolutely highway robbery glad I asked before I filed with them. Stay away at all cost. Robbers.

        My tax preparer (Princess Madison) was available when I arrived. She explained the process, showed me the results and answered the questions I had. She was friendly, courteous and obviously knew her stuff. I thought the price was fair. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
