They were friendly and helpful. They told me it would take 2-3 hours to install a trailer hitch and they did it in just over an hour.

Be warned. You have to go to a different facility to fill out paperwork and get keys. Don't bring your trailer full of stuff before you come.

Awesome place to get truck parts

Was told I had 24 hour access so I showed up to get my stuff out at 11pm only to find out they restricted my code. Had to get a motel and wait until 5 am. Not impressed.
