River Glen Apartments

Linda and Eugenia were extremely helpful during the move in process. They were quick to respond, explain, and go over the lease. The units are very spacious with full bathrooms. So far its been a good experience!

I am beyond satisfied with my renting experience here so far. I had the pleasure of working with Devin and Remae; both were friendly and helpful, made the process of moving far less stressful as they ensured everything was in order and worked fast to get into my new place. I had minor maintenance concerns at the move-in, which Mitchell addressed that day. All representatives at this location are great. I am glad I choose River Glen for my new home!

We've lived here for over 2 years, love our apartment and while we have no major complaints, for a newer property, it is already starting to look run down due to poor up keep of the landscaping and repair of the buildings from storm damage. It is also disappointing that for 2 or the 3 summers we've lived here we haven't been able to enjoy the pool due to covid or other issues. Overall, it's a nice complex.

Trying to get a response from the office was horrible not to mention the fan every 15 minutes you cannot shut off to cycle the air. The pool after COVID and after they cleaned it was left dirty and not useable for the most part. Constant bugs getting in the front door because there was a gap even after I called maintenance to fix it, never fixed the bugs coming in. Now its been a while Ive been contacting since Ive moved for a security deposit and I still have not received an answer or my security deposit. The unit itself was beautiful, it was a shame leaving on this note after almost two years.

I've been here 10 months & am over the moon about our new Office Staff! Devin is prompt with answering phones & takes our concerns seriously! The apartments themselves are great! Very spacious & the luxury of having your own washer & dryer in your unit (was a big selling point for me)! We do have your typical complex issues (like regarding teenagers stealing stuff of your porch & small children walking into your unit uninvited) but overall I'm a satisfied tenant; especially with our new office staff (Ann, our old office lady was terrible)! Welcome Devin, we're glad your here!
