at the Austin property, Riverbend, they never respond to request for maintenance. Worst property management Ive ever experienced. all of the things that the lease says we will be charged for when we move out were not as they should be before we moved in. We moved in with electrical sockets, missing and not working holes in the wall bathroom door that would not shut. None of these have been repaired. Weve been here since December 15 and we have never seen anyone from maintenance. The only time they answer a maintenance request is if its to say sorry we dont do that.

I have been SUPER IMPRESSED with Cobalt management team. I moved into my new apartment in January and have had an amazing experience so far! I'm a homeowner and haven't rented for a long time, so I was nervous and had a lot of questions. They worked patiently with me, accommodated my special circumstances, and took care of all my concerns. My move-in process was very smooth. The app they use for communication and maintenance requests works seamlessly and I love the convenience of being able to pay my rent directly from my bank account on the app. This morning my lock didn't work and I submitted a request (thinking it would take a while for them to see it) but within MINUTES I had an email from management AND a phone call from maintenance! Within 30 minutes of submitting my request, I had a brand new lock installed and I feel so SAFE and well taken care of! My children and I were looking for a sanctuary, a refuge, and we definitely found it. Special shout out to Maria and Chris for going the extra mile. :-) Highly recommend Cobalt Property Management.

They follow the lease to the letter. Read the lease, follow it as well and you'll have a nice place to live at an affordable price.
