        We lived at Crystal Bay for 2.5 years. I can say that this is the best place I ever rented. Excellent community, amazing trails nearby, prompt maintenance etc. Snow cleanings were timely and the schedules were communicated well-ahead of time. The neighbors were friendly. Our first baby spent her first year and half here. This place will remain special to us forever. The only thing I found irritating during the stay was that the management kept changing, making the rent payment inconvenient at times. But still for the community, serenity, nearby trails, overall management responsiveness, snow cleanings etc, this place deserves a 5 star.
