        Wonderful place to live! The management is super nice and friendly, and the building is well taken care of. Beautiful, clean and spacious units and the place it is just couple of minutes walk to the Mayo buildings with a grocery store next door. With the underground heated parking, the on-property gym, common area for studying/working and the coffee machine that greets you at the front door, living here is a very pleasant experience!

        I have recently with my family and the move-in was really smooth. I have only heard about David and his management team through google review, but I must stay they are excellent. David will try to help you as much as possible. Totally recommended for any future tenant.

        Amazing apartment!!!! I have a 1 bedroom apartment and David and the 501 team are super responsive and helpful with the move in, working to find an apartment that is right for me, and helping me fix any (minor) problems we have noticed. I couldn't be happier with my time at 501!!!! Great housing for employees of Mayo with ~5-10 min walk from the hospital
