Theres a woman there with black hair that made me never want to follow up. I just went to another city, I hated her attitude that much. Edit: black hair and a lazy eye. If you see her, run. Run far far away.

The staff was unable to locate the forms I spent time filling out online before the appointment (the online system was not working well so I had to fill out the forms multiple times online before receiving confirmation it was sent successfully), so I had to re-do them on paper. Also, the Covid policy is all family members have to quarantine at home for 10 days prior to an appointment even if nobody in the house has symptoms, everyone tests negative and everyone is vaccinated. Their concern was that I (not the patient) spoke briefly outdoors with a person last week who tested positive this week for Covid, so it was unclear if I even had an exposure. We had just tested as a precaution before the appointment and they said it did not matter.
