Dr. Morrison did a root canal redo for me (not his work originally) and did a great job evaluating and explaining the procedure for me. The Staff was very professional and I felt well taken care of. I would recommend.

Treatment plan needed failed. Appointment 1: He couldn't find the root and told me they'd finish finding it on the follow-up. Appointment 2: Told me the system showed I only needed a clean up and permanent filling (they never finished extracting the root). They trusted the computer notes more than me but I was double charged! Kid you not! Metro Dental's ONLY specialist in a 30 mile radius is a nightmare that told me he would have helped me financially ONLY IF I had went back to him for when the same tooth acted up later in the year.

Having had a few root canals, Dr Morrison was indeed the best. He is thorough, worked quickly and carefully. A year later, all is good. Id recommend Dr Morrison highly.

Dr. Morrison is excellent, but dealing with his office is a nightmare. I arrived on 4/19 for a root canal and was told my copay was $617.40. It wasn't. After the appointment I was told my copay was $493.00. It wasn't. They agreed to let me leave if I paid $225.00 which is what I was told when I made the appointment. It wasn't. I called Cigna when I got home and found out my copay was zero, but they has miscoded what I had done. Now I can't get Nicole to return my call and refund the money to my HSA. I called and left word for a callback on 4/20 at 9:11am, 4/22 at 8:17am, 4/26 at 7:14am, 4/27 at 10:10am and 1:58pm and on 4/29 at 9:11am. When I went to the Eagan clinic for my permanent filling they offered to call Nicole and ask her to contact me. Nothing. 5/2 I called the billing number for Metro Dental Burnsville and they couldn't help me, but also said they would call Nicole and ask her to contact me. Know what it should cost when you walk in because they sure don't and I haven't found a way to get the money refunded yet. Good luck!

Dr. Morrison would get a 5 star for his skill and chair side manner, he takes time to explain procedure and offers all possible options. The front desk staffs are rude, no customer service skill and doesnt care about patients at all. They gave me wrong appointment time and then lied that they called and left VM to my phone.
