Very unprofessional service from this company, and my mortgage company hired them to do a BPO or price analysis in lay terms, and not only did they undervalue my property using inappropriate comparable sales like estate sales which causes home to be undervalued, and makes me to be ineligible for termination of my mortgage insurance, even going as far as incorrectly stating my basement square footage at 203 sq feet when it is actually 682 (they did not take pictures of a whole section of my basement!), and Joan Quickstrom is not the person who physically inspected my home as it states on the ProTeck evaluation form I received with her signature; in fact, her husband is the person who inspected my home as she could not walk on my sidewalk as it was too icy in his words, so she remained in the vehicle while her husband did a very quick (less than 15 minutes), and by no means thorough, inspection of my home. If he was a licensed broker or agent he should be the one listed on the evaluation form as it specifically asked the question that the broker "certifies" they were the ones who personally inspected the property and has you check yes or no which she of course checked yes, and this was not the case. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with my mortgage provider, along with any other governing bodies in relation to what I believe is gross misconduct/negligence. Also, this is the first time I knew her last name, or the name of her business, as she did not vocally give me that information, or even meet me in person to provide me with a business card, and her husband did not provide one either. As I said it was a very unprofessional experience, and I will be filing formal complaints including one with the MN Real Estate Ethics board if they deem this situation to be applicable.
