We just sold our home with Princeton Realty and it was anything but a smooth process. We were made so many promises, told that things we wanted done could be taken care of later, and when it came time to deal with what we wanted done we were told there was nothing that could be done. No one checked in on things like making sure we were on schedule to close on time, which caused us to have to change plans multiple times in the final weeks of our deal. We were also promised that they would check in on work that needed to be completed after we closed because of an escrow account we had a lot of money tied up in, we never heard a word from anyone after we closed, had to take care of the escrow account details ourselves. Something that could have and should have been a fairly simple process was made difficult, extremely stressful, and ended up costing us time and money. We barely even received an acknowledgment that they had made mistakes, but we never received any kind of apology, we were instead blamed for how things turned out. The response below shows how Princeton Realty takes no responsibility for what happened and places blame on everyone else, the second paragraph of what they wrote is insulting, we were the ones who did not receive responses to the messages we sent them. As far as the third paragraph, we were again promised they would "be checking up on the work and the escrow account" to make sure it was taken care of as quick as possible. A lot of talk and very little action.

Very personable and friendly people. Could not recommend a better company. If you need a place to call home, call Princeton Realty.

Shelly helped with the sale of a family member's property. This was an individual that required full service and then some. She went above and beyond. After gaining our listing, she indicated the market was really strong and we should increase the asking price. Anyone who's read "Freakonomics" will tell you that's the sign of an honest real estate agent.
