Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN

I came here on business for training. Location is 5min away from Daikin. Rooms are nice, restaurant next door, hot breakfast to get you going. The service here is second to none, people are incredibly nice and attentive. Special thanks to Mikel for going out of his way to help me and always being well mannered. You feel genuinely well received walking in the front door.

I stayed here because my family booked their rooms first. The drain in the tub was blocked. They only had two towels in the room for my family of 4. The extras I did get from the front were thick "towels" that were meant as a bath mat. Wifi was not working. The pillows had hair all over. I only stayed the night because we got there at 1 in the morning. I booked a new hotel the next morning.

The WiFi comes on but does not work, they dont have a remote at the front desk to change input on the room tvs , this hotel doesnt care about the customer

Great price for the room. Two separate pools made for some awesome private swim sessions with the kids. Had to wait a bit for help as it seemed the spot was understaffed.
