      image I have been going here for years. I never have had an issue at all. Every time I call, the receptionist is kind and professional. The dentist I see is amazing as is the hygienist/assistant. They both are professional, thorough and explain things to you as they go. They treat you with respect and courtesy as if you are family. I will never go to another dentist.

      image Excellent dental staff. Empathetic, caring and informative. Sometimes the office scheduling staff can be less than pleasant- it comes from a good place of them wanting to make sure you understand process, but it can come across as condescending as someone noted. HP needs get with the program to offer more in-network options. Once youre in the HMO system youre trapped and if you want to continue seeing your doctors and dentists - regardless of carrier, they act like you dont exist and cut your records access.

      image Some people have mental health issues and you never know someone's past, but they seem to forget this. Condescending behavior has lead to my gf switching dentist.
