        The hygienist was very professional and still took her time with me and let me speak as well. Kelsey was very nice, and as I said before, was also very efficient and personable. Good job!! Dr. Scharf, you were also as good as ever, but I have never had Kelsey before. Also, I forget the name if the lovely business manager, who was also very helpful. 5 stars!!

        I felt the cleaning was thorough yet gentle. They explained in detail what they were concerned about and how it can be fixed. The dentist was knowledgeable and caring. The waiting room was relaxing with soft lighting and coffee. All the staff was kind and friendly.

        The staff and dentists at Northwoods Dental are always friendly and very professional. I've been to other dentists in the past that would recommend and perform unnecessary procedures simply to make money, but it is very evident that Dr. Baldwin and the Northwoods staff care about your well-being and not your pocketbook. I trust and highly recommend them!
