        Nancy Pierson was recommended to me by one of my most trusted financial associates to consolidate 14 accounts one of which was a very high car note into a single AFFORDABLE monthly payment.. I could not be more satisfied with the prompt sincere service I received all the way through the process . I felt genuinely cared for as an individual trying to plan better financially and not at all like just another loan number ! I can not recommend TruStone enough although Nancy is my go to lady Im sure now with my 2nd visit to the Roseville location that their entire team is experts and really knows how to put the client first and quite frankly make each client feel like a real shareholder in the operation. Love it love it love 1 million stars

        I have done business with Trustone since 2016 and have had a fantastic experience across the board. The service is always professional and friendly and I've had no issues ever. They seem to care more than some other famous national brands.

        Constantly the worst customer service I've ever had. Their inability to update addresses for billing and email-- even when you reach out to them to facilitate, is truly remarkable. Now I'm having to have them remove marks on my credit for their internal errors over a very small balance because they can't do their jobs and fix problems in their software. Astounding.

        I have been regretting joining this credit union since opening an account with them a month ago. I would suggest joining Pentagon or Navy Federal Credit Union where they have better customer service. I recently applied for a CC with them and Troy Julian, a lending Specialist, was of no help. I was told my hourly rate not being on my paystub is unorthodox. I have never applied for a CC and have them even ask for an hourly rate, its always annual. Then they never sent me a debit card. Called and asked why and was told people usually come in and pick it up, thats why. Are you insane? I dont have to bank with you, I have options. My co-worker told me to not join before I did but I took a chance so Im telling youDONT join. Theyre very unorthodox when it comes to customer service and how they run their business.
