        Had to wait a long time to open an account. I was referred to them by a friend who uses the downtown branch. I was hoping to get a card right away but was told I had to wait..It's been 9 business days so I called customer service and they said I should I have gotten one at the branch office. I have bills piling up. Will contact another branch to see if I could get a card. I guess I didn't look classy enough to bank there.

        I love working with the Credit Union, most things can be resolved on line but I have use of a branch near home and my summer place too

      Hello and thank you for this feedback. I'm sorry for the wait you've experienced - for debit cards, some of our branches do offer "instant issue" cards, which can be printed right away. You can find which branches offer this on the location section of our website. This feature may not be an option if you've just joined though, as accounts need to be setup first. If the card you're waiting for is a credit card, the wait time is at least partially out of our hands as it comes from an outside vendor. I hope we can continue to serve you and thank you for the membership!
