Walser Collision & Glass

I would very highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone. They were able to get me in within 2 weeks when tons of other shops in the twin cities had over a month-long wait time. Carlos in the front office was super friendly and professional. He reassured me every step of the way and was very communicative to keep me updated and answer all of my questions. He initially gave me a two-week estimate for repairs but I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready to go in just a few days. I was able to drop off and pick up at my own time (as long as it was during their open hours), so I felt like my schedule was accommodated for. Plus the repair team did a beautiful job! So I got my car back in record time, it was in perfect condition, and the staff were extremely pleasant to work with (shoutout to Carlos). If I ever have another need for repairs (and hopefully I wont), I will definitely come back to Walser Collision in Plymouth!

My car looks new. There is no sign of the hail damage. It did take them more than a month. They did excellent work but seemed understaffed.

Not a good customer care . When I first drop off 2 weeks . It pass 2 week I called them talk to Carlo's he is so rude and said I cant help it . Now Iam passing 3 weeks for bumper change . If u can dont go to walser in Plymouth .
