Master Collision - Plymouth

Ill be honest, I went here specifically because they are really close to my house lol but i experienced Friendly customer service, they did excellent work, and they were done a week earlier than the estimate! So Im glad I decided to go with them for this pretty extensive body repair work. My jeep looks amazing, oh, and they even did a great job cleaning it, inside and out! Service: Body & Trim

Brought in for front bumper, booking was 3 months out, but backside my car was drivable, I was ok with this. Techs did good work, car looked good in the end. However, from the time I dropped my car off-after hours and through many delays in servicing my car (ordering parts, contacting insurance company for higher estimate ordering wrong parts-which pushed my service to over 3 weeks and over long holiday weekend), they never once phoned me. I was the one calling find out each delay, estimate on timeline, and even if they received my car. Was disappointed with this aspect of the service they provided.

They repaired the back of my hatchback I've. They did a fair job I asked him do a couple extra things they didn't listen I would never take my car back I was not bad pleased the service was okay nothing special I only want I should never gone there actually if they have another service problem I would not go back to master collision

They did a great job with my accident repair. Only cost over $6000 to repair my front fender and other damage they found underneath my car. Thank God I only had a $250 deductible and Geico covered the rest. Enterprise car rental was right next door sonthay was convenient. I thought they were extremely over priced and they took longer then they said they would for the repair.

Would never return. Communication, timing, and quality issues at pick up causing further delay. Poor experience and cant recommend.
