My repair guy didnt even have to show up at the house. He went down to the boilers and even called the plumber to have them tweak it. He did a very good job. They did a very good job. I love living at Willow Creek. Its a beautiful place which I feel at peace.

Apartment complex is currently undergoing staffing changes. Apartment complex is finishing up plumbing overhaul - replacing pipes and putting in individual unit shut off valves so if an issue comes up only one unit will have water shut off, instead of the whole building. Recent changes - maintenance requests and other requests are now required to be submitted online, instead of in person. Staff Office hours have also been reduced from 6 days a week to 4 days a week. When Office is open, staff are friendly and accommodating. Maintenance requests are prompt and resolved quickly. Maintenance always knocks and announces before entering. I like that I can request maintenance come at a specific day/time and request that they call/text before arrival. I love my apartment it is beautiful and has hardwood floors. Every thing is up to date (modern) Property has ramps outside the South and North building entrances. There is only 1 accessibility button and that is on the South Building. North Building does not have an accessibility button, so you have to manually open doors into the building. Once inside, there is an accessibility button to enter into the main building. I have seen a lot of changes happen here, but everything always works out for the best. Property is within block & 1/2 of Metro Transit 645 bus line that stops at Shelard Pkwy and Nathan Lane. Bus runs downtown to western suburbs with stops at Ridgedale, Lunds & Byerly's, Target. Downtown you can get off on 6th street and jog over to 3rd & 5th to catch the light rail (blue and green lines) Closer to home and within 1 block is the Willow Creek Movie Theater. Cub Foods is across Hwy 55 to the North, but it is not easily walkable due to cars not yielding to pedestrians in the cross walks. Easier to take bus to Lunds & Byerly's or Target or Door Dash if you cannot drive.
