At the Lake Apartments

In the 30+ years I've lived here, one thing that has always been an issue is parking. There aren't enough spots for the residents, and the garages are NOT placed in any kind of convenient way. If you come home past 6pm on any given night, be ready to have to walk in from the far side of the complex. Also, this is the LEAST handicap-friendly apartment I've ever even seen.

Nice Apartment and friendly neighbours,Fitness Center very old fashioned and furniture old.Sauna always out of order.I hope management can invest on newer machines and benches.

Do not rent here the manager Chris is so rude and she keep packages from you when you try to ask for them. they always seem to have an attitude about you asking for to fix anything. When u leave even tho u leave the apt clean they still will take your deposit money with a stupid excuse. I live there for over 15 year they never want to changed the carpet and when I left they kept my deposit money because carpet was old when I ask to replace over the time I was there. They are just the worst!

I recently moved out of this building after living there for 4+ years and I loved it.i only left because I bought my own place nearby. The staff were always wonderful, the manager Chris was always so kind and reasonable. The maintenance team so awesome! The few times I needed them in apt they came timely and they always said hello to my cats & gave them pets & attention which I loved. I got most my security deposit back got dinged some for cat damages and carpet but to be expected I feel I was charged fairly aside from me losing my garage button. $48 for that I was surprised about but overall I was charged fairly. This complex is a great place to live and I highly recommend I loved my neighbors and felt very safe here!

I've lived here for nearly 5 years now with no major issues. It's easy to access from 169, close to Medicine Lake, garages included, no pet rent and genuinely kind staff. They worked with me when I lost my job to pay my rent; they call with any concerns they have. Are there things to improve on? Yes, (the smoking issues or the smoker's cough I hear every morning if I sit on my patio) but compared to other places I've looked at; it's pretty great.
