Overpriced! I was never informed I needed to set up a gas service. I kept getting charged by the office for something I had no idea I had to do. So many things got missed at my move in and not even one person at their office could reach out to me regarding my gas charge. Just ridiculous service despite paying so much! So money hungry.

This amazing There is a coffe machine There is a slight problem, you should increase the number of machines in the gym.

UPDATE; Changed from 4 star to 5 star. The management team and maintenance team are very attentive. I recently had an issue that was not the fault of The Axis but Jessica was immediately ready to help and remedy it for me. This is not the first complex my husband and I have lived at. This is the third place together so I do have other experiences to compare to. You don't feel like an income - all the staff gets to know you and truly care. This building is pet friendly and it amazes me how clean it is kept. They take pride in your living experience here. We are renewing our Lease. Been living here since June 2023. It's a great to see a professional cleaning service in the common areas of 1st and 2nd floors as they have high traffic. Came across an issue of non-tenants getting up the back end of the building and using the pool. Twice that we seen it happen, Hasson, Rich, and Eric have been exceptional at dealing with it. We are hopeful that they will fix that issue permanently for the tenants. All tenants we have met have been very polite and all say they feel safe, and all maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. After living at a previous apartment complex for 10 years, I am glad we moved here and I highly recommend The Axis.
