Nick was very informative and professional on the phone. He took the time to give me the information I need to get my project done correctly. He knows what he is talking about and was unwilling to make empty promises that so many of the competing companies make. After talking with over 10 other companies, I finally found an honest one in SMA Exteriors!

SMA Exteriors installed new siding and roofing on our home. They did an amazing job. There were a few things that they added finishing touches in order to make so much nicer of an end product. The siding crew was very professional. Thanks for an excellent job!

SMA was referred to me by my insurance after I had storm damage. At first, they were very enthusiastic and responsive. After insurance didn't approve everything we were asking for, instead of helping me work with insurance my contractor started ghosting me. I called and left 4-5 voicemails (over 2 weeks) before he responded by telling me there is nothing else he can do. I decided to fight insurance on my own. They asked for the pictures from my contractor. After a week of me asking him for the pictures, he finally told me that he lost them. Being in MN, this 3+ weeks delay means I won't be able to close my insurance case (let alone get the work done) until spring. I will be working with a different contractor.

We had SMA renovate the front of our house with LP Smartside in 2019 and were so happy with the results, we had them replace our roof, all of our windows, and the siding on the other 3 sides of our house in late 2020/early 2021. Nick B. is great to work with because he listens, knows the products, and makes sure the work is done as promised. Laurel in the office takes care of any little issues that come up during or after the installations. Lastly (and most importantly), all roofing, window, and siding crews were extremely skilled, professional and willing to talk about things as they did their work.
