        We had a great experience working with Stone and the team at MEI last year after the hail storms. Unfortunately our insurance company denied our claim and we didn't actually have any work done. BUT! The amount of time and energy that Stone and everyone we worked with at MEI put in over the course of a couple months to try and get our claim approved was above and beyond, especially because it was done free of charge! I'll for sure be working with them after the next storm that hits.

        We had an excellent experience with MEI. We had siding replaced and were impressed by their staff. Our sales rep, Troy was responsive to all the questions we had and returned all calls promptly. The installation went smoothly and cleanup was great.

        Great service. Siding job a few years ago was top notch. This week we needed woodpecker damage repaired. Within a few weeks from us calling with concern, the affected siding was replaced. Looks great. I haven't had this kind of service response in years. Thank you service department.

        DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! One of the worst companies for customer service. Barb B has been nothing but a headache to deal with, no returned emails or calls. MEI did damage to our A/C unit and a lot of damage to our deck and won't own up to the damage. I have been dealing with them to try and get this resolved for over 8 months. To replace our Azek decking it will be around $26,000 to removed the old and put down new and $3500 to replace our A/C unit. They came back with an offer of a $1000. I will be filing a case with the Department of Industry and Labor. Your response below is the lip service I have gotten from your company! If you truly stand behind your work your company would have reached out to me after this posting. I have sent email after email and no response, phone call after phone call no response.

        Worst company I have ever dealt with. During the project, the workers did more damage than what nature did. Project managers were rude. Always having an excuse saying it was already damaged before hand. If that was the case the bidder would have documented it. Lastly the company is so unorganized. I am having trouble closing my project with them due to the lack of communication.
