        Should be zero stars. Please avoid this insurance agency like the plague. This agency, specifically Sherece has been nothing but rude and dishonest with us. We did not pick her. We had a previous Farmers agent for 35+ years. We can't say enough about how well he treated us. Exemplary service from him. Sherece is another story. She won't return phone calls, emails, faxes. You're most likely looking for service to go along with your insurance needs. This is NOT the agency to pick. You've been warned.
