      image Super disappointed with Tom - He was our broker two years ago, helped us find health insurance - he gave us good service up until the point we picked a plan and then literally has been dismal ever since (got his commission and moved on) -- We need to switch plans this time around and he said he'd get us info and then never followed through which is a big deal when we are on a clock to enroll before the caps fill. Bummer.
