Outstanding service from beginning to end from Gustavo. He is an excellent project manager and partner during a high stress situation. Gustavo was easy to work with, quick and kind in responses, answered countless questions, and eased anxiety with a clear plan forward. He shared tons of knowledge about remediation and restoration. My insurance agent referred me to ServPro NE to mitigate water leaking from a water heater. Lucas and Monica from ServPro arrived 4-5 hours later the same day, suctioned up as much water as possible and deployed fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area. They followed up daily until the area was dry. Project manager Dominic followed up as well. As a result the damage was contained and the room is dry. Insurance will pay for ServPro so I'm not able to comment on the cost. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
