Original - Jeff was very responsive and walked my wife and I through the entire process of our first toilet overflow. I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for restoration services. 5 stars. 12/20/2022 update - scheduled another visit. No-call, no-show on the day of. Will no longer be recommending/using this service. 1 star.

Jeff and his team did a great job. He came out on a Sunday night and got started right away. Everything was dried out before mold could start taking over. Top notch service! Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water removal

Had a leak with more damage than initially noted, called Jeff on a Sunday, and he came and assessed the damage and worked with me over the next few weeks to ensure all was cleaned, restored and eventually repaired with a contractor. Very thorough, professional, kind, and hard working, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of damage and how to restore. I very much appreciated his attention to detail and his clear explanation of what to expect. Made a stressful experience much easier to deal with; greatly appreciate his and his teams work! Our upstairs jacuzzi water inlet pipe cracked next to the jet, and we had water everywhere, running down the walls to the main level and basement. We were out for just a few hours and came back and wow, water everywhere. First Response got the water out, dried everything out and repaired the walls. Thanks!
