I can't sing my praise enough about this place. Special shout out to Becca (Spelling??). She went above and beyond to help custom fit my seemingly abnormal feet. She put in every ounce of care to make sure she could fit me with the perfect shoe...I must have tried on the whole shoe store. Even more, she stayed beyond closing for me to ensure that I left satisfied. That's dedication and passion. I honestly wish every store let alone shoe store was like this one. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

After asking for, and receiving a 10% discount from the sales person, this was not honored when checking out. Was told there must have been a "misunderstanding". Love the store but will not go back.

My boyfriend and I went to Mill City Running to get fitted for running shoes for different purposes. We were greeted by Sam who really took the time to understand what each of us needed. She scanned our feet and did an in-depth review of our feet and let us have the results as well. Then she brought us shoes to try for the actual running portion on a treadmill they have. She then brought 3-5 different models of shoes for us to try before we ended up finding our perfect matches! Overall our appointment was about 1-2 hours (we're indecisive) and it was a good Sunday activity! Overall, I'd highly recommend Mill City Running for beginners and it's great non-intimidating environment!

Best running store in the world! They have everything you need for walking, running, and everything else and the expertise you wont find anywhere else!
