        I've been a fan of Allbirds from day one and glad to have a store in the neighborhood. Great service, fun collection of shoes and colors. I went home with a pair.

        Went there recently for a shoe exchange (I needed to size up). The employees here practice awesome customer service from the store manager Makai (sp?) to his team. Everyone is very nice and courteous. My only constructive feedback for Allbirds would be to consider adding half size to its shoes, but that is not something the store can control.

        Fantastic staff, very patient with fitting my wide feet. They really know their products. Both were personable and friendly. I've been an Allbirds online customer for years but never tried the actual store before. It was a very rewarding experience. Try it, you'll like it.
